Ne pride v po\u0161tev niti sklicevanje na producenta plo\u0161\u010de <em>Scotta Evansa<\/em> iz <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neurosis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Neurosis<\/a> ali\/in na <em>Jamesa Plotkina<\/em> iz benda <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isistheband.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Isis<\/a>, ki je poskrbel za mastering &#8211; tako bi neupravi\u010deno postavil pod vpra\u0161aj zvo\u010dnoin\u017eenirske zasluge <em>Pluega<\/em> za prvi dve poglavji, <a href=\"https:\/\/kaparecords.bandcamp.com\/album\/chapter-i-the-current-of-her-ocean-brings-me-to-my-knees\" target=\"_blank\">The Chapter 1: The Current of Her Ocean Brings Me To My Knees<\/a> iz leta 2011 in <a href=\"http:\/\/kaparecords.bandcamp.com\/album\/chapter-ii-these-binds-will-set-you-free\" target=\"_blank\">The Chapter 2: These Binds Will Set You Free<\/a> iz 2012, kot bi tudi zapostavil <em>Jerneja \u010cernalogarja<\/em>, ki je odigral prepomembno vlogo snemalca, da aktualni album zveni tako kot zveni. Konec koncev, ne Evans ne Plotkin ne bi sodelovala z The Canyon Observer, \u010de ju ne bi prepri\u010dali. Z znucanimi potezami kriti\u0161kega peresa bi tudi in predvsem okrnil ustvarjalni credo The Canyon Observer, sploh po plo\u0161\u010di <a href=\"https:\/\/kaparecords.bandcamp.com\/album\/fvck\" target=\"_blank\">FVCK<\/a>, s katero ostajajo izzivalni in nudijo (p)osebno izku\u0161njo. Zatorej priporo\u010dam: zaprite se v svojo sobo, pri\u017egite predvajalnik, poja\u010dajte glasnost do omejenega maksimuma, sedite v naslonja\u010d in zaprite o\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>\u017de v uvodnih sekvencah nas podre silovit in neomajan naval. Na nas se zru\u0161i zvo\u010dni zid, a ker tak\u0161na sila ne more trajati v nedogled, se po slabih dveh minutah brutalnega stampeda zgodi pretanjen prehod v nasr\u0161en kas, ki nas pripelje na ravnico, kjer se odstre postvesterenski prizor\u2026 \u0160e mi\u017eite? Zaradi zgo\u0161\u010dene in vale\u010de se zvo\u010dne gmote odtenkov, prizorov in atmosfer, ki se nekr\u010devito prelivajo iz <em>Luscious Red<\/em> v <em>Bounds Tide Tight<\/em> ter se nadaljujejo v <em>Lost in Silence<\/em>, boste morda izgubili ob\u010dutek za \u010das in tri \u010detrtine plo\u0161\u010de do\u017eiveli kot en sam komad. The Canyon Observer nas ne spustijo iz krempljev, zagrizejo se kot najhuj\u0161a no\u010dna mora, ki nam pije kri in nas ne pusti na miru. \u0160e mi\u017eite? Iz te omoti\u010dnosti nas prebudi zadnja pritiklina <em>All of Her, Mine<\/em>, ki v dvodelnem 15-minutnem komadu zaobjame, povzame in nadgradi vse tisto, kar se nam je zgodilo v predhodnjih 25 minutah. Bol, trpljenje, groteska, strah, krutost se razgrajujejo in iz gnilega raste \u0161e ve\u010d bole\u010dine, \u0161e ve\u010d muke, \u0161e ve\u010d stiske, \u0161e ve\u010d tesnobe, \u0161e ve\u010d agresivnosti. Skozi grozljive zvo\u010dne slike zla, surovosti in groze se razodane duh grofa Lautr\u00e9monta. Plo\u0161\u010do prekinejo tehni\u010dne motnje in poseg prepre\u010di katarzo, ne pusti, da bi za\u010deli u\u017eivati v bole\u010dini. Drzni rez pod\u010drta naslov plo\u0161\u010de: Fak, mora se nadaljuje \u0161e po koncu plate. \u0160e mi\u017eite?
