Prah je dvignil \u017ee s prvimi singli, na katerih domiselno kombinira nasekane ko\u0161\u010dke semplov z sintetiziranimi linijami in hiphoperskimi bobni. Le\u017eerno, a bizarno, mehko, a udarno! Je eden tistih izvajalcev, ki so z neverjetno malo izdanega materiala \u017ee zbudili pozornost svetovnih publik, hitro pa je moral delati tudi razne remikse (najbolj referen\u010dni primer izjemno hitrega preboja na isti sceni je \u0160kot <em>Hudson<\/em> <em>Mohawke<\/em>). Pred nekaj meseci ga je doletela \u010dast, da je pripravil miks za zalo\u017ebo, s katero bi radi sodelovali vsi \u2013 za <em>Brainfeeder<\/em> <em>Flying<\/em> <em>Lotusa<\/em>. Takrat smo tudi premierno sli\u0161ali velik kos poga\u010de, ki se imenuje <em>Moments<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Mlad\u010dev prvenec je iz\u0161el pri sve\u017ei zalo\u017ebi <em>Elm &amp; Oak<\/em>, gre pa za prepoznavno me\u0161anico mnogih slogov, od osnove, ki je vkoreninjena v hiphop, pa do (avantgardne) elektronike 90. let, (pop) elektra 80. in novega soula. Ve\u010dina posnetkov je izjemno kratkih (\u010desar smo sicer pri tovrstnih godbah \u017ee vajeni), prehodi med slogi, med deli, ki so neposredno surovi, in tistimi, ki so subtilno zasanjani, pa so narejeni obrtni\u0161ko ve\u0161\u010de. Alexu se s prvo plo\u0161\u010do o\u010ditno mudi pokazati vse tehnike in smernice, ki se jih je dodobra napiflal v studiu, zavidamo pa mu lahko tudi pri izboru semplov, ki so precej nekonvencionalni in u\u010dinkoviti. Kot namiguje \u017ee sam naslov, je Moments dodelana skicirka. Je skupek ko\u0161\u010dkov, utrinkov, ki v\u010dasih (pre)hitro \u0161vignejo mimo in tako je pri kar nekaj posnetkih ponovno poslu\u0161anje obvezno.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce na najbolj \u017emohtnih delih Alex daje vtis izku\u0161enega ma\u010dka, pa svoje mle\u010dne zobe poka\u017ee pri necelovitosti projekta. Nekaj posnetkov namre\u010d u\u010dinkuje nedokon\u010dano in suho oziroma (pre)monotono. Tako je na albumu opaziti nekaj nihanj, kar pa ne omaje resneje dejstva, da gre za enega bolj izstopajo\u010dih mladih producentov v res nabasani mno\u017eici \u201cbeatmakerjev\u201d, ki so se masovno pojavili predvsem na forumih, portalih, blogih in drugih skupnostih na spletu v zadnjih letih. Pri naslednjem njegovem projektu pa bi si le \u017eeleli malo ve\u010d potrpljenja, torej dalj\u0161e komade, saj veliko znanja poka\u017ee tudi pri samih aran\u017emajih, ki mo\u010dno presegajo repetitivne zanke \u0161tevilnih kolegov.
