Digitalni album, ki je pred nami, je dokument njenih igranj na odru proslule dvorane, hkrati pa je ekskluzivna izdaja v dobrodelne namene \u2013 covidovske seveda, to\u010dneje za MusicCares Covid Relief Fund. Pohvalna poteza, ki je ni mo\u010d spregledati, kar pa zadeva sam album &#8230; Margo Price bo julija izdala novo studijsko plo\u0161\u010do <em>That&#8217;s How Rumors Get Started<\/em>, torej je tole res zgolj medklic v teh nenavadnih \u010dasih in na tem medklicu se nekolikanj preve\u010d trudi, da bi bila Loretta Lynn, Dolly, CCR in The Who v eni osebi. Bend igra dobro, pesmi so zve\u010dine izbrane z njenih nosilcev zvoka in v \u017eivo delujejo okej, \u010deprav so mi albumske razli\u010dice nekolikanj bolj v\u0161e\u010d. A to je osebna preferenca. Kot se za take gala koncerte spodobi, je zraven nekaj gostij in gostov: Emmy Harris, Sturgill Simpson in Jack White, \u0161ef zalo\u017ebe Third Man Records, ki je njena mati\u010dna zalo\u017eni\u0161ka hi\u0161a. Iz pesmi <em>Honey We Can&#8217;t Afford To Look This Cheap<\/em> \u017eelita iztisniti tisti obligatorni sok, pa zvenita nekoliko \u00bbflat\u00ab, premalo prepri\u010dljivo, da bi jima verjeli. <em>Wild Women <\/em>z Emmylou bi lahko mogo\u010dno udaril, \u010de ne bi Margo dajala intonanca (in to ne na kul, cashevski na\u010din), Emica pa, kot ka\u017ee, tudi \u017ee nekaj \u010dasa ni ve\u010d, kar je svoj\u010das bila (navsezadnje so tu leta, neskon\u010dni odri, tobak), in pesem je nekolikanj nesre\u010den dokument, upravi\u010dljiv zgolj z zgodovinskega stali\u0161\u010da dueta med \u00bbstarim in novim\u00ab. Sturgill gostuje v pesmi, ki jo je proslavil Waylon Jennings, <em>Ain&#8217;t Livin&#8217; Long Like This<\/em>, in jo \u0161e najbolje odnese<em>. <\/em>Izbira te pesmi ni slaba ideja, malce manj pa se je izbor posre\u010dil pri <em>Proud Mary<\/em>, ki je bila odigrana \u017ee preve\u010dkratin Margo Price (\u0161e) ni izvajalka takega kalibra, da bi ji pridala kaj bistvenega (po tistem, ko sta jo odgrmela Tina in Tom Jones, je celo Elvis zvenel zelo omledno). Zanimivo je, da se pesmi razni pevci in pevke lotevajo zve\u010dine na dva na\u010dina: pevci kot Fogerty, pevke kot Tina. Margo ni izjema. \u017dal. Imejmo torej pri\u010dujo\u010di album v digitalni zbirki kot kuriozum in pomislimo na dober namen, sicer pa po\u010dakajmo na studijski album. Margo na odru za zdaj zveni zgolj kot \u00bbwannabe\u00ab diva, \u010deprav vemo, da ima njena avtorska \u017eilica precej potenciala. Upajmo, da prvo ne bo preseglo drugega in da ne bo kon\u010dala kot \u0161e ena perspektivnih nashvillskih ustvarjalk, ki \u00bbspaja Nashville, Memphis in Texas\u00ab, a si v resnici zgolj sku\u0161a ustvariti podobo \u00bbedgy\u00ab performerke, ki temu (\u0161e) ni povsem dorasla. Njen background in tudi njena politi\u010dna in splo\u0161nonazorska prepri\u010danja govorijo v velik plus. Pete T. pa \u017eal ni in tudi Fogerty ali Tina \u017eal ne. S pojemajo\u010do Emi\u010dino mo\u010djo ali brez nje. Naslov albuma bo torej, \u010deprav je mi\u0161ljen samoironi\u010dno, kar prav\u0161en.
